It could be in 2 different places, either the passenger side kick panel it will be a small covered hole with a little red plunger button. This is most likely. The other place Ford likes to put these switches is in the rear luggage area on the passenger side wall. Again look for a covered opening that you can stick your finger just inside to push down on a plunger button... Im going from experience with these answers, and as such could be wrong. If I am wrong please when you find it post the correct answer so I can kick myself...

Were is fpdm located on 2002 f150 4.6 motor ?

If your talking about fuel pump driver module, separate from the fuel pump assembly, You don't have one that I can find. Not in the wiring diagram, the fuel pump assembly is called a module. I looked at ford partsbook for fpdm, not in there either. You do have a fuel pump shut-off/inertia switch. Do you want a wiring diagram for fuel pump?
The picture is location of inertia switch. I found the info in your owners manual.

Won't start has spark to spark plug.

Check for Inertia switch on All Ford products. Usually its located behind the floor kick panels or inside trunk. This part disconnects the fuel pump power.

If you have Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury look up your specific vehicle under "Your Car" Inertia switch location on the internet for exact location.

Or a small wisp of starting fluid will reveal if the engine needs fuel. Besides the Inertia switch you can test the fuel pressure port on the fuel rail. You also have a fuel pump Relay and a fuse and in worst cases your fuel pump could be bad.

Want to locate the relay fuse for fuel pump, replaced fuel pump car still won't start

Look at the owners manual and read about the fuel shutoff switch and location. Maybe resetting this switch might solve your problem. Most of the time the location is in the trunk.

98 Ford Escort SE fuel pump reset button. Where is it?

If your vehicle is a coupe, the fuel
pump shut-off switch is located on
the right side of the trunk behind
the trunk liner.
If your vehicle is a sedan or wagon,
the fuel pump shut-off switch is
located in the driver’s foot well,
behind the kick panel.

My car died as i was driving and now im not getting any fuel Pumped in to the fuel filter just wanna see if thats due to a bad fuel pump. or is there something else i should look for.

Check there is power going to the pump, an immobiliser fault would stop that. If there is, take the pump out, you should be able to get it out under the rear seat and check theres fuel in it. A faulty sender unit could show fuel in the tank when there isn't any. Also check that when you flick the ignition you can hear the pump priming itself. If it keeps pointing towards feul pump then it will end up just being conclusive and you have to bite the bullet and buy one.
