Power distribution issue?

Bad fuse box or power center. The reason you have difficulty steering is power steering pump is not coming on. The abs and air bag light are on because of a fault in system. Windows don't work because of no power going to system with all this happened at one time a bad fuse box is most likely the cause

1995 chevy try windows wiper radio no work chk all grds and fuses add power to switch on Windows and all 3 work but sparks to much power but not enough on its own

Does the heater motor work? Possible ignition switch causing problem. Turn wipers on and gently move key back/forward slightly with engine running to see if these accessories start working. If they do, ignition switch is at fault
