an easy way to fInd out how to fIx thIs Is one. wIl tue vehIcle start at all? If It wIll than start the car and carefully take the posItIve cable off the battery and see If the vehIcle dIes. If It does than you need to replace the alternator because the transformer In the alternator Is out. If the vehIcle does not start all the fuse may be In two places. check the fuse In the car at the fuse panel and or the fuse box under the hood.
try jiggling the ignition with the key in it, that might work or you could always just unplug the fuse. im just spitballing here. but mine sometimes does that and i just jiggle the ignition and it stops.
You may need a new alternator because if they are messed up, they will drain batteries and make it hard to start or keep your car running. Also get the starter checked because that can make it hard to start the car too.
