This code indicates that the secondary air injection is not working correctly, you need to have the system tested to see if the electric air injection pump works, this pump is very expensive and you don't want to replace it if the issue is somewhere else in the system electronics, a Ford dealer will have the ness test equip to pinpoint the problem.

There is no definite part to replace, the system has to be checked for leaking supply hoses and for proper electrical operation, I think it is located low down in the front of the driver fender. Bottom line you need test equip and a good eye.

This can be an intensive fix but can be done with a set of good tools along with some air power.

Your Secondary air pump is on the fritz. It is located under the car on the subframe that your engine mounts to. What you need to do is to jack the car up & place the front on jack stands. You need to use a floor jack and support the front of the subframe and remove the plastic trim around the bumper area. Loosen the two main bolts that hold the front subframe to the main frame area. Lower the front subframe till you can see a black device located on top of the subframe, towards the front, and basically under the driverside headlight area is wear to look. There is a relay underneath the pump that can rust out easily due to the proximity to the weather. I would replace the relay first and then if needed, replace the pump.

P0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected
The 4mm inside diameter vaccuum hose gets pinched between the lower intake manifold and the secondary air pump housing, flattening it over time.

P1128 Long Term Fuel Trim Is Too Lean
It is very likely this code is coming up because of the vacuum hose as well.

Codes p0411,p0305

Check your air injection pump for a possile leak, or crack in the actual hose running from it. If it's leaking, it causes a reduction in flow to catalytic converter, thus sets that trouble code. As far as code 305 goes, is engine running rough, or have a miss?

Huge Coolant Leak

It is most likely the cylinder block core plug at the rear of the engine, there was a recall to repair corrosion in the cooling system I think in 96, but they still rusted up allot, saw many new cars with rusted core plugs leaking. Press test the system on a lift, if that core plug is leaking you will have to pull out parts, most likely the transmission to get at it.
