On this vehicle the heater control is electricaly operated valve by the engine so check this valve is working and it has power when heat control is turned on.

check the blowermotor resistor, this is what controls the blower speed and is a very common problem.try replacing the resistor, that should solve your problem. good luck.

I had the same problem on my 1999 3ltr auto and all it needed was the coolant reservoir topped up !

Proplem with heater


Sounds like the Heater exchange valve. I had the same problem the heater on the passenger side worked but the drivers side was not getting warm...A useful web site for you to try and get a new part is british car parts.co.uk

Hi there is a, dual valve down on the right side of the radiator to split the heat to each side. are the pipes hot where they enter the car be careful       D
