There is a separate flasher for the turn signals. It is under the dash. It should be close to the left side kick panel held in place by a spring clip. You should also check for blown fuses.

Hazards dont work but blinkers do

Blinkers and hazards normally work on the same fuse. Sounds like the hazard switch has a problem.Get the hazard switch out and bridge the two connector wires to the switch. If the hazards then work the problem is in the switch. If it don't work you may have a problem in the wiring between the switch and the flasher relay.

Blinkers dont work. flashers work

Most GM the blinkers and flashers have seperate relays. But if see your flashers work you know the bulbs are good. So there is one thing out of the way.

The turn signal relay should be a two prong relay on the interior fuse panel. The hazard relay would be one with three. The hazard relay may be on a "convienience" center which is usually tucked way up under the dash.

Blinkers dont work on my 1989 mitsubishi mirage but hazards do?

Turn signals are operated by a different fuse then the hazard flasher - start by checking the fuses - if they are okay you may have a seperate flasher unit for the turn signals too - you may need to replace the flasher unit - hope this helps - good luck :O)

Why do the Emergency Flashers work when the blinker lights wont.

Could be the wiring near the rear end of the bronco on the underside. my left rear blinker went out, so after tinkering with it for hours, I noticed the hazards and blinkers are seperate wires altogether. i'd get the blinker working and my hazards would be out. well i don't know if that helps at all, but thats what my problem was, trial and erroring my lights.

Haz flashers wont work but blinkers do

There are 2 seperate flashers 1 for turn signals and 1 for hazard. The hazard flasher is located in the convenance center the turn flasher in the fuse box. Also seperate fuse's for each. One battery circuit for hazard Ignition for turn signals.Check fuse for hazard,if good try swapping in the turn signal flasher and see if hazards work. They use the same flasher unit.

Blinkers only work with hazard engaged

you need to replace the flasher unit which is located under the dash on the drivers side. put on the hazard flashers to make locating the unit easier (by sound)
