When the brake is applied or the car is in park the front left wheel moves front to back is this a bushing problem

take it to an alignment shop and get it checked for free. tell them you want to know what parts to buy before you get it aligned. when it is up on a lift a long pry bar can show you where the slop is coming from, could be the lower A frame bushings, could be the stablizer bar bushings. could be a few other things, unless you have a lot of tools and mechanical aptitude you are not going to do this yourself. It will have to be aligned when the worn parts are replaced anyway.

if it shakes over 50 miles per hour, it could be your front tires need balancing. and check your ball joints while you are at it. or king pins if it has that. (they are different from ball joints but serve the same purpose.)

Does front stablizer bar have to be removed to replace bushings for 1994 chevy c1500 pickup?

yeah i removed my stabalizer bar bushing and putting a new one in seems to be quite difficult to line up the holes to get the bolt straight enough to thread the nut on to it

Is it possible to buy the bolt and mechanism for the stablizer bar? CAn i find a schematic online for the front end?

From your description it sounds like your looking for a stabilizer link. It connects the stabilizer bar to the lower control arm and looks like a long bolt with a few washers and bushings. The links are available from parts stores and usually run around $20 a side. The parts stores may list it as a "sway bar repair kit".

Replace Steering Damper. Looks like a shock absorber by your stabilizer bar. Not that hard to do with right tools.
