Where is the security system fuse located for a 1999 chrysler 300M security system is not letting us start the car

You might have a bad PCM. A trip to the dealer would figure this out. Are you using original keys or copies? You'll need original keys with the chip inside so the SKIM recognizes the key and starts the car. If the car started, then shut off after a few seconds, this is most likely your problem. If if just doesn't crank or start at all, you may have another problem.

Where is the lighting control module located on a chrysler 300m?

It's in what Chrysler calls the "junction block". What normal people call the fuse box. The fuse box is located at the driver's end of the instrument panel. You need to open the driver's door to see and remove the cover plate that hides it.

I need to know where the fuse for the car lighter would be on a 1999 chrysler 300M

when you open the drivers2.gif door the fuse box is on the end of the dash there is a cover that you just pull on and it will come off and the fuse panel is in there. I'm not sure which fuse is for the lighter as i am in PA right now and my 300m is in Minnesota.

fuse 19 in the interior fuse box feeds those circuits...fuse I in the fuse box under the hood feeds fuse 19...i know you checked the fuses but did you check them for power

there is no ap on the radiator itself the coolant system cap is on the overflow bottle

Location of the oilpan and filter of my 1999 Chrysler 300M

there is a large plastic cover/shield under the car, remove it and the filter and oil pan are right there, the filter is in the front.
