Starts only with jump start when running it run fine but when shut off it wont start without jumpstarting from a another car.

You might be resisting it, but it could be your battery no matter how old it is-it can be load tested by taking the car to a auto store like Advance Auto, for no charge-the meter they hook up to the battery will put a load on it and measure how it comes back. If it is bad, you'll know then. There are other possiblilties, like battery terminals or connections that are not good, but your problem sounds like a battery that is dying.

My 06 sedona wont start just a clicking noise, radio and lights work. Just got a new battery for it and nothing changed. Is there a fuse/relay problem or probably the starter?

Try jumpstarting it. My 06 has done that a few times and jumpstarting has worked every time. Usually, one of the kids left a dome light on or something.

Wont Start

Your alternator should put plenty of voltage out at an idle, you might take it out and have it checked.
Most local parts houses have the equipment to check them without charging you.
If the alt is not working your car will run until the battery goes dead and alot of cars wont run without a charged battery and alternator not working.
You might also have a problem with the voltage regulator, or I should say that that is where your problem may lay.
Good luck
