SOURCE: 2001 Daewoo Lanos Fault 63.58X 'B'

DTC 63 Will Set When
No voltage is supplied by the ECM through the EST “B” line while reference pulses are received by the ECM from the crankshaft position sensor
check white wire terminal B on ignition coil to ECM terminal C14 for open circuit or short to ground while disconnected if thats ok check for voltage signal at B while cranking no signal ECU faulty. voltage signal also on A terminal while cranking and check earth terminal C to body no higher than 5 Ohms
power is terminal D 12V
if getting power, earths good, and both signal voltages are going into coil pack, coil pack is faulty.

SOURCE: HELP! I have a Daewoo Lanos(1998-99), ive got a

The fault code 53 is an ECM IMMOBILIZED ERROR.
The immobilizer anti-theft system thinks the key is invalid. If it detects an error, it will;
Disable the fuel injector circuit--- Disable the fuel pump circuit---Disable the ignition coil.

Code 53 will set when:
1- The Eectronic Control Module (ECM) does not receive the signal from the Immobilizer Control Unit (ICU) within 0.9 seconds when vehicle is stationary, or 1.8 seconds when vehicle is moving.
2- The ICU sends the ECM an incorrect release message more than 5 times.
3- The above conditions continue until the ignition is switched off.

I hope this helps.

Do yourself a favor, and go down to your local Auto Zone. There, you can basically rent a OBD II scanner. Once you return the scanner to the store, you get all your money back. There is no cost involved, just a security deposit. OK, so now you take the scanner, scan for codes, if any are found, the tool has a code data base on board. If you wish to do so, I think you can simply scroll down the complete list of codes for your car, and see what they are for. Good luck. By the way, if the scanner finds a fault, it will tell you what the issue is.
