Check contacts are clean including rotor arm ,also check cap has no cracks, after that check condition of ht leads and plug caps also if plugs are clean and have correct gap after that try getting the car serviced.

It was running fine, had stopped and put in park for a few minutes, then went to take off and it seemed like it was not getting gas or running rough. Pulled over and then it died. Will start up and run...

you sound like you need a tune up spark plugs wires i have a 2006 silverado and still have a distributor so if you do you will also need to replace the distributor cap and rotor button. Another good idea is to eplace the air filter and clean the throttle body with throttlebody cleaner if it seems like the butterfly valve is sticking . for example when you press the gas is ther a little delay untill it takes off. how many miles are on the car and is there a check engine light on.

If the engine seems to run fine over 1450 RPM maybe there is a vacuum hose leaking or EGR valve is slightly stuck open. Any help from the OBD II trouble codes? Or is there simply no MIL and no stored information in the OBD II computer read at the local parts store through the connector by the drivers knee?

2004 AUDI A4 Turbo...engine runs rough, shakes the car,

I would suggest checking your plug wires. Make sure no dirt is on the ends. If you have points on your distributor make sure they are intact. coil problems usually turn out to be distributor problems cause either your coil works or it doesn't. The Distributor is a transformer. if it still runs rough after you have checked all of the above, you might have a timing issue.

Running rough like timing is out

check for leaks around the intake manifold, vacuum hoses and engine breather system. Look for loose wires, check the plug leads. Check the valve lifters for clearances, or faults if hydraulic you should hear them rattling while the engine is idling.Look at the disi cap, rotor and the cap itself for dirt, damp or carbon build up.
I hope this helps

Jeep stalls after 20 mins of runtime

Possible partially plugged filter, but also check ign coil...it could be "breaking down" when it gets hot!!!
Was distributor a guess, or was there a problem there? When it stalls, is there spark? Does it re-start and run normally after that?

My F-150 started running extremly rough and barely runs.

It seems unlikely it would be a timing chain issue. They are not really known for jumping and if it had jumped there would be other issues, not the least of which would be pistons crashing into valves if its an interference engine.

When was the last time a tune up was done? Perhaps new plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor are in order based on the information you gave.

There could possibly be other issues, but based on what information you gave that is where I would start.
