Is really easy;

1; remove the oil filter.
2; remove the tube where the oil filter gets screw, you will need a big deep socket I think is a 22mm
3 remove the two bolts that hold the cooler to the block
4 replace the rubber o ring for cooler and reinstall.
5 replace the metal o ring for the tube and reinstall.
6 install a new oil filter.

License plate lights arent working

You didn't forget to pull the headlight switch to check them? That's odd, usually license plate lights are spliced in from the tail light circuit.
There may be a separate ground for the license lights-if so, should be right nearby the bulbs. Use a test light or voltmeter and make sure fuse 22 has power. You could also check the sockets for power. If you have power to the socket and new bulbs don't work, it would be a grounding problem.

Is there a fuse for the license plate light

the license light uses the same fuse as the tailights so it they work its not a fuse.check the bulb then check with a test light for power to the socket centre contact and check for a good ground connection buy connecting the test light to a good power source and touching the probe to the side of the socket.if it lights with both of these test then the bulb is no good.if it doesn`t light up you need to find the problem wether its powe supply or a bad ground.the power wire for the light is brown and you can locate it in the wire loom.

My license plate went out on my 2003 Pontiac Vibe. I changed the bulb but it still doesn't work. Could it be a fuse?

A fuse would put the tail lights out as well. Probably a fault in the wiring to the light.

License plate lights do not work. Bulbs changed still does not work. The right brake light does not work. Changed bulb and plug. Turning signals work, tail lights work. All works on the left side.

Well for the license plat you might wanna check the fuse. and the brake light if one works fine then I'm sure you need a new bulb in the other side. Good luck

I have licience plate light out...how do i go about fixing it?

Usually license plat lights are either accessed behind the panel in your trunk or there will be a few small screws somewhere above or behind your license plate. Probably only takes a screwdriver. Take the lightbulb out by pushing in and or twisting carefully and it will pop out. Take it to auto zone and they willhelp you find the new one. Installation is reverse of removal.
