well, with all that you have changed the only two possible things that are left PCM and the ECM....
Do you have an alarm system on this vehicle? If you purchased this car second hand it may have something that is inhibiting the engine from firing. From what you have told us here that would be where I would start looking.
I really hope this is helpfull

That's a good (and cheaper) place to start.
You might also check belts (water pump at least) for cracking and glazing; the circulation rate doesn't have a lot of latitude and a slipping belt can have an influence.
Also, is your electric fan running when it should?
Also, once you are under the hood, check your oil for any signs of Jergens lotion (water/coolant contamination) and your overflow bottle for any signs of oil floating in it. If you are going to get your hands dirty anyhow, you might pull your plugs and look for any suspicious rusty discoloration. This paragraph is assuming bad stuff; namely a failing head gasket which can also cause overheating if it has failed between a cylinder and the water jacket; during combustion, hot gases are pumped into the coolant which also should cause bubbles that you can see in the overflow bottle.

SOURCE: mazda protege no start
Check all engine grounds, and connections, check to make sure there is good connection at the oil sending unit, also, turn the key on,for a 1.5 second, and then off for about the same time,do this about 10 times to prime the fuel lines, and injectors also.Check connectors at cam sensor, and crank sensor, and make sure there is nothing sticking to the cam sensor on the inside, bits of metal or anything.
