Trans. do not have servicing port however it says in O. manual that if it start glishing or shifting problem then take it to the shop

This is only a guess. I don't know anything about Mercedes. try the transmission dipstick hole. Generally all cars use the transmission dipstick hole to add transmission fluid. That is why the tranny dipstick is slightly larger than the oil dipstick. Good luck and thanks for your question and I hope my suggestions help. burdfrenzy

If it's sealed it won't need any transmission fluid for 100,000 mi. If it has a dipstick, then add the fluid to the dipstick tube with the dipstick removed.
