What do I look for to fix the Power seats and power tilt steering has no power

A control module ! Electronics The steering column has a tilt/telescoping control system that consists of an electronic control module capable of class 2 serial data communication, a steering column power assembly with positioning motor and sensor, and a steering column control switch. The multi-function lever provides for the control of the headlamp high beams, and the windshield washer and wiper.
The tilt/telescoping steering column in/out/up/down switch is an input to the driver position module (DPM). The tilt/telescoping drive motor is an output function of the DPM.
Steering column memory settings are stored in the DPM. The steering column position sensor is an internal part of the tilt/telescoping motor assemblies, and is an input to the DPM. The DPM uses the position sensor input when storing and recalling memory settings.
Same thing with the seats , electronic control module .
Battery positive voltage is supplied at all times to the memory seat module (MSM) through the battery positive voltage circuit from the POWER SEATS circuit breaker located instrument panel (I/P) fuse block. This voltage is used to power up MSM and also to apply power to the seat motors when commanded. Battery positive voltage from the TILT/TELE SW/MEM SEAT MOD fuse located in the body control module (BCM) fuse block that supplies voltage to the seat adjuster switch and the memory function switch, also supplies voltage to the MSM. The MSM monitors this voltage circuit in order to determine if battery voltage is supplied to the seat adjuster switch. The MSM is grounded through the module ground circuit and G301.

What is the overdrive used for

Overdrive is used for better fuel economy on the highway. You have different gear ratios for each gear, for example 1st would be 4.6:1, second 3.2:1 etc. this means for every 4.6 revolutions in, you have 1 revolution out (of you transmission). A overdrive gear will have a ratio of greater to 1:1 (i.e 1:1.6) mean the output is more than the input. This would give you a higher speed at a given RPM, or a lower RPm at a given speed, thus more fuel economy.

I have a Hyundai accent 2002, the red light "check engine" is always on, nevertheless, the car works good, not get overheat or oil consumption, so what is wrong there?

the car has many sensors, one of them is sending an error signal and the computer is letting you know that. no one on this end can gaze into a crystal ball and divine which sensor and what message is being sent. it is to alert you that attention is needed. someone has to put their eyes, hands, and an analyzer on the interface and at least find out what sensor and what message is being sent. or you can wait until you are driving and hear a loud bang just before you get run over by the truck behind you. you last thought would be "if only i had known there was something wrong with the car". there is a clue in the owner's manual too, when you see this take it in for service.

How could i reset the radio ?

you could read the owners manual in the glovebox, you could get a replacement manual cheap on ebay or find the toyota company website and search around there for instructions. and you could contact a dealer. there are generally two or three interior packages and you must find which package your car has by comparing pictures in the manual with your car and then use the right set of instructions. no one on this board can gaze into a crystal ball and divine which radio or clock is in your car.

I need instructions on how to install clear corner lens

you need to open your hood up. Second, go and find a 7mm to remove the two screws on the top of each corner light. you can also use a star screw driver for this. after you remove the screws you need to aply presure to the light and at the same time push foward to get the coner light to slide out. you will have to push towards the front of the suv, not to the side. you will breake the housing if you pull to the side's. The first time removing them is the hardest. Because they are so tight. I hope this helps out. Dont forget to re-instal the two screws after you push back in your clear corners.

Range rover 2003 transfer in neutral help please

hi, this is a long shot so dont give me negative if no joy.
on the p38 they suffer from a bad electronic selector.
now, i do not have a clue what gear box or transfer you have.
any way if you look at your transfer, beside where the prop comes out, is ther like a window wiper motor with 6 wires.
if so they get stuck, rust or dirt etc.
have you checked your fuses, alos i would add. again not sure on your model.
in the fuse box there is a blank fuse, when inserted it shifts it to neutral.
the dealers wont tell you where it is.
have you put any fuses in etc, i did this 5 year ago, a p38 was jump started, leads wrong way.
i got a call as the aa did not want to help anymore. aa had a hand full of fuses out, i stuck in were contacts were. after new ecu had no drive.
you are sure its not a gearbox fault, get back to me if not sure, i can tell you how to test this.

My 2005 honda civics horn wont work

The horn is located behind the front bumper it should be on the left hand side of the rad at the bottom. The wire's may either be loose or may have come off. You will need to have some one press on the horn when you are testing the wires and make sure that you are wearing some gloves so you don't cut your self on the bare metal. If the wires are loose you will need a small pair of needle nose pliers to tighten the connection on the horn. The tools that you may need are socket set needle nose pliers, star head....No.2 screw driver. and ear plugs. If cannot reach the horn from the top you will need to go from the bottom and remove the plastic splash shield

Steering wheel installation

Does it move at all??? If so then the star bolt that goes in the center hole is the brake so to speak.
the lever that turns back and forth on the column has 2 small screws that attach to the lever.
tighten the center bolt until the wheel is secure, then set the tightening lever to the tight position and put the 2 screws in place. they will fit in between the star or teeth on the bolt and attach to the tightening lever.
