Does your truck have a cabin filter? Have you checked the cabin filter (under the dash on passenger side)?

My Daughter's 1997 Buick blower stop working- I checked the fueses, and looked to see that the AC compressor was turning, is there another fues or link near the motor.

If it's not working on and speed and the fuses are good it could be the blower motor. If you ( or someone ) have an ohmmeter you can check the motor resistance. Disconnect the two wire plug and measure across the two motor terminals. You should get a low reading ( about one to two ohms ). If it's high or open, replace the motor. Here's a schematic:

Haeter blower where ius it in a 1997 blazer ls

it's under the hood on the passenger side. It's basically behind your glove box but you access it under the hood. It's covered by a black plastic shroud that says something like "Blower motor service cut here". Hope that helps you.

Heat and Air conditioning and blower doesn't work at all, wondering what could be the possible problem?

could be the fuse (check any fuses labelled with "climate control" "instrument panel" or related) or could be a problem with the blower's motor or wiring to/from it.

Must be fuses. Check the ones under the hood as well. How are you checking fuses? Use a tester if nothing else turns up.

the problem could be either the motor is bad or the reostat (it controls the speed of the motor is faulty.) the reostat is located in the blower motor housing and has two wires going to it. the blower motor is located either on the passenger side fire wall inside the cab behind the glove box or on the fire wall under the hood. please rate this
