You will have to get the abs codes read with a scanner to find out what part of the abs system is defective and needs replacing. That bad part is triggering the abs light to stay on.

My abs light stays on all the time, front brakes are brand new

ABS is short for anti-lock braking system. This is a separate system from your hydraulic brakes.
The abs light means the system has a problem and it is disabled until you fix it. The regular brakes still work as you know.
Someone needs to scan the computer for ABS trouble codes and go from there.

Abs light not working on a 03 daewoo kalos, where is it, how do i fix it ?

The first thing i need to ask is does this car have abs? the light will only come on for a second or two when you start the car, this is like the other dash lights and is a test. the only other time the light will come on and stay on is if the computer sees a problem with the abs system.
For the abs light not to work would mean it was on all the time for a while and the bulb brunt out. the first thing is to make sure this car has abs braking in it .

Does the abs light reset automatically every time the vehicle is turned off and on or is there a way to manually reset it?

Whenever the ABS warning light comes on in the instrument cluster and it stays on it means the systems electronic control module (computer) has detected a problem in one or more of the inputs to the module, an ABS fault code is present as long as the ABS light is on. So what must be done to correct this? You must have the ABS electronic control module scanned with a special tool to read the fault code, then a trained technicain will diagnose and repair the defective part or wiring. Most times this is a wheel speed sensor (one for each wheel) that gives an erratic signal. While the light is on all you have is regular non-ABS brakes. I assume here the light is on all the time? Until the problem(s) are fixed that are keeping the light on are repaired it will no go off, it can't be reset manually.

My Brake light and Abs lights will not go off

Theres a few things, brake fluid could be low, but not really a common thing, you will need to get it scanned usually the front abs wiring to the speed sensors wear over time. And getting it scanned will tell you what has turned the abs light on (code wise)

The abs light is off 50% of the time and on 50% of the time. when it's on it blinks. how do i fix it? brake pads and disks have been replaced.

First thing ABS is the Anti Locking Brake system, this has nothing to do with pads or rotors.

The ABS consists of a control module, pump & sensors.
Without having a scan tool to check to see which code is set you can't fix it.
Anytime one of the components listed above fails or is having a problem that will send a signal to the EBTCM (Electronic Brake Control Module) which cause the ABS light to come on.
You can spend thousands of dollars replacing parts before you get it right, and the light would still be on because you need the scan tool to clear the light once the problem is fixed.
It would be best to find a trusted mechanic to scan the codes & diagnose the problem.

No rpm and oil \ brake ,abs lights on ,some time

Im been having same problem. So far it since to be ABS Module. I will recommend to have reading of ABS with a code reader with abs reader. regular code reader wont work. In my case i need to replace ABS module, but maybe in your case could be a wheel sensor, a cable, rotor, etc. If you need an abs module best thing to do fix it with dealer price is $1400 and so it's either dealer, junker (EOM PART USED) or repair.
Good luck!
