First check the fuse block and test the fuse marked wipers. If it is good disconnect the wiper motor connection and turn the wiper switch on. Using a multimeter test the hot wire to see if power is going to the wiper motor. If yes you have a bad motor. If no test between the motor connection and the fuse block.
