Question about 2004 Ford Fusion
What is the cranking voltage on the battery when it is being started?
That would be the first place to check.
If it's near 11volts or less then it's the battery. It doesn't cancel out the battery if its under 12volts.
Remember this is when it's under load (when you are trying to start it) not when the car is just in the on position or off.
