either engine temp not up to normal (bad thermostat) or you have air trapped in cooling system. go to a shop with evac/fill equipment and they will **** out the air.

Location of the airbag sensor and control module on ford escort zx2


There is no separate sensor. The airbag module has an inertia sensor that determines if the airbag is deployed. The module is in the center of the dash area, mounted to the floor. You'll have to look behind the heater core box to see it.

The idle air control vavle is located on the driver side of the intake manifold, below the throttle body. You'll have to remove the air intake to see it. It is held there by two bolts.

How to change thermostat in 2001 ford escort zx2


the thermostat is on the front right side just below the air tube (which you have to remove) in a black hard plastic case. It is a PAIN IN THE ARSE to get to, it will have 2 sensors sticking out of it, on on the bottom, one on the side.

Prior to charging the system, did you vacum it down? If you did not when there becomes a load on it the low pressure switch will kick the compressor off to avoid damage to the compressor.
