Doesnt make sense, you went from giving gas to keep running ,to switching blower motor,Heater blower motor i assume? to replace alternatoer? i'm lost, blower motor has nothing to do with the motor running or not. the alternator charges the battery in which you need power to run the electronics for ignition. make sure battery has full charge. now maybe your fuel shut off switch has triped.( located on passenger side firewall inside trk. remove lower side panel and you will see a black box with a button on it it should be pressed in if it is not then no fuel is getting to engine.press and attempt to start.

I would check to see if the intake gaskets are leaking, Especially the upper or plenum gaskets.

I have a 2000 ford focus se it want stay runnig unless you hold the gas pedal down as soon as you let the gas go it stops running i changed the fuel filter did not help

first of all, if light is on have it scanned for a problem code. if no scanner all auto parts stores will scan for free. there has been over 200 recalls for 2000 ford focus, check with ford to see if this is one of the problems. god bless, this is a long run, but check and see if fuel is getting to fuel pressure regulator.

Fuel System

is your check engine light on? you may have a missfire meaning either a bad plug, plug wire or coil pack. if the engine light is not on, you may want to try changing your fuel filter, or possibly your fuel pump filters/ the pump its self.

ounds like you have a air leak via the vacuum system of the brakes ie servo / inlet manifold get the car to a garage to have it insoected unless you now someone in the trade that can look at it for you but it sounds to me like that or have a second person handy open the bonnet and start the car press the brake and visually see if anything is catching the cable or listen for leaks ie hissing noises
