Question about 1995 Buick Park Avenue
There is a paslock theft deterent system on that vehicle. Most of the time the wires in your igntionlock cylinder break and you will need a new lock cylinder. You should get a gmone if you are going to do this yourself. The key has a certain resistance value in it and you will need to stay with that resistance as a different resistance will cause the same issue you are having now.
