Weld brackets to teh seats and then bolt them through the floor ,if this is a panel van then check with local vehicle inspection station first as you may not be allowed to change the use of this vehicle under local law by fitting seats into a vehicle that only has a certificate of homoglonation for use as panel van

What is wrong when my windstar's a/c blows through floor vents when accelerating?

Sounds like a vacuum circuit problem. Check the vacuum reservoir, and the vacuum lines running from it under the dash. Could be a leak at the control head. There may be a check valve in the supply line that has gone bad.

How do I replace a broken lug nut out of 98 windstar?

you don`t say if its front or rear lug nut(assuming you mean stud).remove the wheel and then the drum or rotor, then take a hammer and hit the broken stud to remove it from the hub assembly.with the correct wheel stud insert it through the hole and make sure its in straight, install the wheel nut and tighten the nut to pull the stud into the hub until all the way in.you may have to install washer on the stud and re-install the nut and tighten until the stud is seated all the way.

Aluminum(?) pipe underneath the van was torn away from the bolt that secured it (behind the driver seat, beneath the car), which left a big hole in the pipe that drains my coolant very quickly. The shop,...

it is easily replaced. you will want the oem line though. the coolant line is for your rear heater and can be temporarily capped. fix this prob asap or the rear heater core will dry out and speed up the natural corrosion that happens inside.

Where is fuel filter on 1998 Volvo S70 non turbo?

The fuel filter can be located under the carpeted cargo storage floor at the rear of the wagon. Remove the four 10mm bolts, remove the cover. You will then see a removable plate to the right just behind the rear passenger seat. Fuel filter can be seen through hole in hole. Replaced from underneath wagon. Be sure to make sure lines are fully inserted onto filter. Check for leaks. Note arrow on filter for correct fuel flow. Good luck and hope this helps and no smoking please LOL
