Why? The EFI is a far more dependable and efficient system. Why would you want to take a step back and create more trouble than it's worth?

BLEW EFI FUSE NOW NO POWER TO PUMP AND NO FIRE


Hi Chris, The EFI fuse powers the computer. Replace it with the 7.5 amp required and if it doesn't blow again happy motoring. If it does, have an auto electrician look at the vehicle. regards John

Removed a 14 bolt aod tranny from a 85 couger efi put it in my 63 ford truck which is carburated now it wont shift my 63 has a 5.0 302 same as the couger but my truck is carburated an the car was efi does...


No. AOD trans from 1985 is hydraulic shift. You need to hook up the Throttle valve cable from the drivers side of the trans to the carb. Is this hooked up.

More than likely the choke is sticking, spray some WD40 on the carb components and see if that helps.

Central locking locks but does not unlock


then the central locking is working, if it wasn't no door would lock, replace the driver door lock actuator motor.
