Hi!!
Check Gauges and Blower Motor Fuses located on the under dash Fuse Box, if OK, take vehicle to an AutoZone, Checkers or similar auto parts store for a FREE Charging System check.

Lights or fuse for my speed odemeter guage and heater/air conditioning system

These lights for the dash are controlled by a rheostat instrument control dimmer switch next to the main light switch for the headlights, it is either turned off (have seen this dozens of times) or it is defective. Below is a picture of the switch assembly I speak of. The thumb wheel next to the knob is the dimmer control.

check the fuses. they are under the back seat just pull up on the lower part of the back seat and it will come out. fuse box is on the drivers side. check to see if water is getting in that could be the cause.

Temperature guage goes to high, but it doesn't appear that the van is overheating (no steam/fluid leaking) Radiator & thermostat were recently replaced. Guage will jump to high when idle, but...

FLUSH RADIATOR, HEATER CORE AND ENGINE BLOCK.ADD 50 / 50 ANTIFREEZE AND WATER ALSO REPLACE RADIATOR PRESSURE CAP.IF TEMPERATURE GAUGE STILL STAY HIGH THE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR COULD BE FAULTY.

Faulty temperature guage along with speedometer

Bad ground somewhere.
Bets place to start: under hood.
Connect a ground strap ($8 AutoZone) from engine ground to the chassis. That should work.
Your negative battery cable may have a "pigtail" cable that is not connected.
