SOURCE: How do I wire the

Hi, from what I can tell, your solenoid sits on the starter. Is this not true? I will assume it's true, but if not please get back to me. I can explain it either way depending on what hardware is involved.
When the solenoid is on the starter, the big hot lead from the battery attaches to the top post of the solenoid. The start wire that throws the solenoid runs from the starter relay to the smaller start terminal of the solenoid. The large negative terminal of the solenoid connects directly to the starter winding thru the starter case, which is all grounded together. It is connected to the engine ground by virtue of the starter being bolted to the transmission.
If you have any questions at all, please let me know.

Were is the main fuse located on a 1989 dodge w100

Most of them are fusible(main) links are in the wiring. Usually down by the starter or up at the battery. 89, if you have a starter relay, they could be connected there. Multiple wires going to the positive side.

30 amp fuse blows every time i turn the ignition. 2002 f250 super duty 7.3ll. replaced starter, glow plug relay, starter relay. checked all wires and gounds. truck will start when i jump starter selenoid.

Double check "trigger" wiring from the solenoid back to switch, perhaps a power relay in between that might be bad. I'd polish to bright metal that old connection to the solinoid.

Ignition fuse keeps blowing when i turn the key

It MUST be the starter relay coil - or the power wire that feeds it. Likely a short in the relay coil (AKA starter selenoid).

Selenoid

The positive battery terminal cable goes to the input side of the solenoid along with another smaller wire that powers the rest of the car. The smallest terminal has one even-smaller wire that operates the solenoid from the ignition switch 'start' position. The output side has another cable which goes to the starter power terminal.
