They are usually mounted on the strut tower on the passengers side if I remember correctly.

The relay and fuse for the fuel pump are located in the engine compartment
near the battery.
Fuse #9 20A* Powers Fuel Pump Relay
The relay is marked "Fuel Pump Relay" use the box lid to ID the relay position
