Question about 2003 Dodge Stratus
If the engine comes up to temp correctly then you most likely have is a plugged heater core or low coolant. if the heater core is plugged the try removing the hoses to the core and running water from a garden hose through the core to knock loose any blockage works 99 percent of the time.
