Question about 2003 Saturn ION
Posted by Anonymous on
There could be a couple of things that could be wrong with your car first of all saturns are bad for the ignition switchs going bad, another thing is the fuel pump could have went out they will go out without warning. The way to check the fuel pump is to go to the gas cap and remove it and put your ear down to the nozzle and have someone turn the key to the on position and listen 4 a humming sound if you dont hear no humming sound most definitely your fuel pump is out. If you do hear a humming sound your fuel pump is working like it suppose to. Then you will have to have the key switch checked by a dealer to see if the switch needs replaced. hope this helped
