Hey can a 95 Chevy Tracker Fuel Tank fit on a 02 suzuki grand vitara

what does FIT? mean.
prefect fit, no.
safely fit. no.
can I make it fit , with my welder and metal fab tools, sure.

the 95 is a gen 2 car
the 2002 is generation 5 car, they are radially different bodies
and the 95 is narrow body, with G16 engine.
the 2002 is wide body and mine is 2.5l v6,
You want a gas sucking V6 , sipping from that dinky 1.6L tank?
why>?
my v6 gets 19mpg , best of best.
my 96 gets 28mpg, worlds apart..
not only that the fuel fittings are not the same.
the old 95 uses banjo's
the 95 pump only fits a 95 tank
the 2002 needs a bigger pump. and has different pressure. spec. and flows. and different fittings.
not to mention wrong sender, and all the EVAP and other parts

95 grand cherokee hard starting cold sometime helps to leave ignition on for several minutes before cranking

This is not a true statement, what you are doing is for 2 seconds priming the fuel pressure lines,so basically your dealing with fuel pressure problem, you can do the same thing as cycle the key to turn on the fuel pump and build pressure then start right up.

When cold car will start and idle rough and sputter takes a while to run normal will do it when warm also check eng lite came on and went off code 41 stored 95 dodge grand caravan 3.3

have the fuel pressure checked when starting cold, also have them do a fuel pressure leak down test, this test requires a special test gauge, if you are going to do the test buy the gauge, about $40

95 grand cherokee limited stalls when stopping but restarts

ok you need to know what your fuel pressure is and needs to be these fuel injected cars need to have a min. amout of pressure to run correctly so have fuel pressure checked and it could possibly be the pump or a regulator

95 Grandprix will not start. Found the Fuel Injection fuse blown, Unplugged all injectors and fuse still blows. With ECM disconnected the fuse does not blow yet still has power

it will not blow when ECM is disconnected, cause there is no power to the injectors when you disconnect the ECM. When you turn ignition on check for fuel pressure at fuel rail. Release pressure at nipple on fuel rail. If no pressure exists puel pump is shot. If there is pressure your fuel filter might be plugged.

Jeep grand cherokee 95 fuel pump takes long time to start ,

First install a fuel pressure tester on the fuel rail and check the pressure during crank. It should be about 30 psi.If the pressure is not good then it could be a bad fuel pump relay or fuel pump itself (in the tank).
If the fuel pump pressure is good then you could have a bad crank sensor.
