Question about 2004 Ford Excursion
The fuel shutoff, or Inertia Switch, should be located behind the passenger side front kick panel. It is simply a button, that you push to reset, and get the fuel pump pumping fuel again. If it is not there, get back with me immediately and I will find out exactly where it is. All my information at this time indicates it is behind the kick panel.

above your feet-drop the panel just above the petals, it is right there on a bracket by the steering column.

if you have 6.0 you have two filters one down on the fuel pump modugle the filer housing unscerws make sure you disconnect the sensor connection. the second filter is located behind the inlet side of the intake not the turbo but the intake. you will see 1/2 sqaure . you use 1/2 rachet to remove the top . hint be carful of two things replace all the orings that come with the filters install the correctly do not start the vech just trun the key on check for leaks. if you have a7.3 you have only one filter it has a black top and you will need special tool to remove the top
