Question about Chevrolet Silverado 2500

Could be a couple of things:
Battery cables - clean both TOP & BOTTOM of each. The bottoms are exposed to grease & road grime. Clean with good wire brush.
The other, possible "flat spot" in starter or solenoid.
I'd try cleaning first before throwing parts at it.
