The rotors may have become warped from possibly over torqueing of the lugnuts.Torque should 140ft lbs and done in a diagonal cross/star pattern. The rotors may need to be resurfaced now to correct the pulsation and reorque the wheel following a cross/star pattern.

with the wheels removed and on jack stands put lugnuts on and see if the brakes will still pulsate in 4wd. If they do they are definitely warped.

iif possible you can use a dial indicator any variation above .003 inches can result in a pulsation.

Do you have a question? or are you making a statement? Did you drive for quite a bit while leaving the e-brake engaged? if so you will probably need a new set of pads and possibly new rotors if they got too overheated.

When i apply the brake on my07 chevy silverado the brake pulsation

Front brake rotors are warped, time to do a brakes job, make sure calipers float on pins and that you replace rotors, aftermarket are cheaper than G.M. but hold up just as well, change pads and lube the slides in calipers

If a spare tire was put on in the right rearside wasnt able to torqe lugs down only hand tightend will that cause my brakes to pulsate

If the wheel nuts cannot be tightened properly, then yes, this could result in pulsating at the rear end. Tighten lug nuts and recheck.
Also this may be caused by an abnormal spare tyre. Many spare tyres are not put into use and can become distorted or hardened over time. There is a date on the sidewall of all tyres, and no tyres are recommended for use by vehicle manufacturers over six years.

2002 chevy silverado 1500 2 wheel drive when appling brakes it pulsates and fells as if there is no real braking

The brake rotors are warpped [ the pulsation ], The pads may be worn out, and-or have a frozen caliper causing the loss of braking power.

I have 2002 silverado, the brake pedal pulsates and pushes back as the vehicle is slowing to a stop.I replaced the pads and rotors and the p loblem still exists. I now believe this isABS related.

Hello. What you are experiencing with the pulsating brakes and the brake pedal pushing back is the antilock brake system [ABS] working correctly. Joe

The brakes will pulsate on dry pavement

Do you have rear disc brakes? If so .the problem is in the rear brakes. This can happen also with drum brakes,so have the rear checked also.Check the front wheel bewaring assemblys also for movement .up and down.and side ways, any movement other than turning,if much at all could also be the problem.I hope this helps.>>roniecon@gmail.com

Brake pedal pulsates when appling brakes

If the new rotors were not allow to seat after replacement they will warp extremely easily. Easy to check. Remove wheel and check for trueness of rotor, a dead give away is if you see a blueish tint on the rotor.

Service Brake system flashed three seperate times over 24 hours

2 suggestions:

(1) I would suggest someone scan the ABS system for codes. I Have an '03 silverado 2500HD Crew cab, and it needs an EBCM (Electronic Brake Control Module) "ABS module". "Service Brake System" message on dash, ABS and Brake warning lamps lit as well. May be the R/F ABS wheel speed sensor, but what you described happen, shouldn't have caused damage to it.
(2) If the aftermarket rim and tire combo are larger than stock (larger overall diameter), then this may affect the way your PCM functions. You can reprogram the PCM to recognize larger diameter running gear so trans shift points and the speedometer and such can function properly.
I hope this helps.
