There is a black panel on the passenger side that you need to remove it is down by your feet. Mine quit too. you will have to unplug the wireing harness and it will probably be melted in so you have to pull hard. You will also have to replace the part that it plugs into that is just 2 screws.

Blower motor quit working. changed fuse. need to know best way to check motor.

Start by seeing if you have power and ground at the motor itself. Remove the panel under the dash at the passengers feet and locate the 2 wire pigtail that goes to blower motor. Turn on blower switch and check one side for power and the other for ground. If you have both the motor is burnt out. If you are missing power check the blower motor resistor , its not too far from motor and is usually screwed into heater box w 8 mm screws. they fail all the time too.

92 honda heater blower motor quit working. took it out and tested motor and it works.not sure what the problem could be.

check for blown fuse, under the dash, drvers side and also under hood in square black box. usually on the drivers side fender well. when you remove the main fuse box cover, turn lid over for location of the heater blower motor. it may say heat, or maybe a/c blower, or just a/c check those fuses for a blown fuse. also check connections under the hood on passenger side, you'll see a round black container on the dash panel under the hood next to the windsheild, check plug in to insure that it's plugged in properly. hope this helps and thank you for choosing fixya, com if this does not help, please repost your question to fixya.com

I was driving down the road and my heater quit working and filled the truck up with smoke and i burned up the heater blower moter i need 2 know how 2 take the heater blower motor off and replace it ?

If memory serves me the blower motor is just above the passenger's feet under the dash. It is held in with 9/32" (7mm) screws if I remember correctly. There may be a plastic cover that needs to be removed first.
