Question about 1991 Toyota Camry
This is a pretty in depth job. I can tell you how to do it, but I would be going off of memory. And could leave important steps out. I would be going off of memory. The best suggestion that I can give is to go to your local library and check out the Chilton's or Haynes Manual. This will give step-by-step illustrated instructions. As far as tools go, you will need a set of metric sockets, both flat and phillips head screwdrivers, a pair of channel-locks or water pump pliers, and a set of metric wrenches. Also if you have a swivel for your sockets and an extension will both be very helpful. The belt that turns the power steering is the same belt that turns everything else. It is called a serpentine belt. There will be a tensioner to get the belt off. Make sure that you draw yourself a diagram of how the belt goes. Sometimes I have seen in the manuals a different routing than the actual routing.
