Yes if you only have one belt and that is a serpentine belt then that is your drive belt. Normally a drive belt does not refer to a serpentine belt, it refers to a V belt driving only 1 or possible 2 components.

How do you replace the serpentine belt? The speedometer doesn't work.

Well to replace the serpentine belt, you need to get a new belt first of all. Then either a diagram from a book or one you draw of how the old one is on there now. You need to loosen the belt tensioner, it's usually like 1/2" drive and slip the old belt off. Then just do the opposite to put the new one on. I don't understand what you mean by speedometer not working. Do you think the two are related? If the speedometer is not working, it could be something in the dash that is unhooked or loose, or where it goes into the transmission. Hope this helps, good luck!

How do you replace a serpentine belt on a mazda 626

A 626 has two belts. One drives the power steering and water pump (rear belt in 6 cyl) and other front belt drives the a/c and alternator. On the 4 cyl, the front belt drives the power steering and the a/c, and the rear belt drives the water pump and the alternator. All of these are easy to change.

Drive Belt

I am not too familiar with your vehicle, but if it has a serpentine belt there is a tensioner that keeps tension on the belt. Most tensioners have a area where a 1/2" ratchet or breaker-bar can be inserted to release the tension. The tensioner is nothing more than a spring loaded pulley, so look for the pulley that seems to be doing nothing.
