More than likely it's the stoplight switch mounted just above your brake pedal.

Why arent my 2003 honda accord taillights working

If you mean running lights (not brake lights) check fuses first, then bulbs, wiring connection in trunk, light switch. If you mean brake lights, check fuses, brake switch at brake pedal, grounds at lamps, bulbs.

Turn signal and brake lights not working

First try replacing both the fuse and the light. Sometimes they can look good but still be bad. Not every brand new part is good. If there is still no light working, then you may need to take it to the dealer or an asc certified shop to have it diagnosed.

Brake light bulb Issue

A bad socket is a common enough problem that it is likely that, rather than a wiring problem. Just splice in a new socket, if you can, or whatever is easier and cheaper (like a tail light assembly from a salvage yard).
Of course if you have a voltmeter or testlight, you can check at the socket electrical connector for power when it should be there-when the brake is pressed.

My 1991 Lexas LS400: All of the dash icons light up and radio goes on/off (at the same time) when applying the brake and/or while the `car has stopped. Had new battery checked, the battery is good....

I've seen this before, the problem ended up being the brake light bulb lead contacts touching each other on the dual filament bulbs allowing back feed voltage to travel through the park/dimmer switch circuit causing the lights to activate while pressing the brake pedal. I would pull all the brake light bulbs out and look at the back of each one, if you see nothing unusual, I would still replace them all only because it could be internal to the bulbs as well. Let me know if this fixes your problem.
I hope this info helps!~subyguru~

My brake lights arent working!

Normally you'll find a brake switch at arm of brake pedal, up under dash. Switch should have 12v going in one side, when pedal not pushed, and both sides when pedal is pushed.

Brake lights

be sure you are getting power to the bulbs. If so, make sure you have a good ground. Most systems send power to the bulb and then take a wire from the bulb to ground.

Good Luck and hope this helps.

The ground wire in the trunk area, coming from the brake light harness, might have come off or really loose. Hope this will get your lights working again. Best wishes.

Brake lights on my accord 2005 wont work with new bulbs

The brake lights are activated when you depress the brake pedal.  When depressed the brake light switch, which is located on the brake pedal level, allows the circuit to be complete.  Check for power on one side of switch then depress pedal and see if it allows power to other side of switch.  Keep me posted
