Try to check the fuse. If the fuse is fine, check the switch. Take it out from the panel and examin for any signs of burning, deformation, patina on contacts or maybe there is some loose parts. See if you can open the switch itself and cleen inside contacts. If that doesnt help than you need to go to the car electric, because the damage is to serios to fix in home conditions without special equipment.

How do i replace/install a heater core for a 1999 limited edition jeep cherokee 4.0 liter 6cyclinder

I would make sure the core is the problem. You may have a heater control valve that cuts off flow to the core by vac. or a blend door that cuts off air flow thru the core.
You will need a shop manual to replace the core. The dash and console have to come out, along with discharging the ac.

You will have to check the flap operating controls behind the centre consol as anything could be wrong from a vacumn pipe to a operating mechanism ,even the computer controlling the climatic control .

A/c Heat Fan in 1995 Jeep Cherokee doesnt work. I can feel cold or hot air right the vents but fan doesnt blow. Where is blower motor found in this car?

there is a blower motor resistor that cuts the voltage for the different fan speeds. this is most likely the culprit. check autozone.com, you can get access to location and wiring diagrams to be more familiar with it. you have to register and it's free. the switch or wiring might also be bad, when in the high position, the switch effectively bypasses any resistor. although the voltage still runs through the assembley. a repair manual is you best option

Need to know location of heater blower in my 2000 jeep cherokee sport my heat gets warm but the fans not blowing

Down under glove box. When it doesnt blow, rap on the motor with a wrench or hammer. if it tries to blow, or comes on, the blower is bad, replace it.
