Try taking a safety pin to the nozzles( where the fluid comes out to windshield) and stick it in there. They sometimes clog up with dust and dirt from the road. If that doesn't work, check the rubber hose from the tank to the nozzles. If those are good, disconnect the hose from the nozzle, to see if the pump is working. Also check your fuses, the owners manual has a section for fuses, and will tell you what each fuse works. hope this helps
