Yes, with the power on and ignition at on, use a volt meter and test for voltage going to the wiper motor. if voltage is found, the motor needs to be replaced, if no voltage, check for loose wires and/or connections

Winshield wiper motor does not work

Remove wiper arms, open hood and remove plastic cowl(cover) at windshield,it is held in with plastic clips, the wiper motor is under the cover held in with 4 bolts(10mm).reinstall everything and turn on motor without wiper arms ,then turn it off so it finds its off position-reinstall wiper arms

The winshield wiper on my 2007 Jetta its no

You likely don't need a new motor. You just have to get your wipers repacked with grease.

My winshield wiper's aren't working because my fuse for it keeps burning out and i know it's not the wiper motor what else could be going on?

Check your wipers are parking in correct position -if there has been slippage at their attachment spigot they may be jamming the motor during use causing fuse failure.
Check for overload on any other circuit that may be sharing the wiper fuse.
Check wiper fuse is a firm fit in the fuse holder, and making good electrical connection.

Just bought 2004 passat and winshield wipers dont work

If both wipers are not working, then first of all check your fuses, if fuses are good follow wiper motor wires or look in owner's manual to find the wiper relay. Test relay with ohmmeter to see if it is good or just replace it.
Double check all wiring.
Last possible cause would be the a bad wiper switch which you can also test with an ohmmeter

My winshield wipers only work at times.

I'm not clear, one what? One fuse or one wiper? The wiper motor is under the hood on the drivers side. I'm asking one what because if one wiper is not working then it could be fixed by just simply tightening the nut on the wiper arm/s. But that's if the wiper/s aren't working with the wiper transmission. Good luck.

Windshield wipers dont work. Dont know how to check to fuse without having to pull all of them out of there. Being a female and not knowing what Iam doing, I dont want a garage per se to try and ''get...

Usually on the back of the cover for the fuse compartment, there is a discription of what each fuse is for,and what location. When you find the one for windshield wipers, it will probably abbreviated, hold cover up to fuse compartment, and compare it to the fuse. There is also a fuse compartment under the hood.If the fuse is good, then either a bad ground, bad motor, or switch.
