Now a days there is a universal type that is like electric yellow, and it will work with about any there is, make sure it says on the new bottle (universal) and you will be fine. and it is rarely found on the cap, this is a pressure rating for testing the cap and cooling system. look for a sticker on the car somewhere around the fill area, and it should tell you there. yours should be the original green antifreeze

16 PSI is the amount of pressure your cap will take. that has nothing to do with the type of antifreeze you use. any extended life will be okay. DO NOT use "dexcool", but dexcool compatible is okay.

Get a premixed solution from Canadian tire it will do the trick it depends on how cold it is in your area doesnt really matter so long as you get it strong enough as the outside temp.

Wrecking 1999 sable. how do i drain the gas tank?

If the car is together enough for the fuelpump to work, try disconnecting the fuel filter and clamping a 3/8 inch or 5/16 inch fueline on it and pump it dry. Since the junkyards do not want a gas tank on the car, you can put a piece of plywood on a jack, cut the straps and slide the tank out the bottom of the car after cutting the hoses.

Then just tilt the tank to drain it.

There is no radiator cap on this car, the radiator is a sealed unit with the over flow tank and the pressure cap and the cap for the overflow tank is one and the same, and is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment. and is rated at 16 psi. It is set up like this due to the fact that the overflow tank is the highest point in the cooling system.
