Are you loosing coolant ???? if so check from where.take one spark plug out and if it's wet thenyes your headgasket is blown
if not. take the refill cap off " probably in your radiator or expansion tank "
turb=n your car on for around an hour.
reffill coolant as needed, because you might have an air bubble in your motor causing it to overheat

Why does the 1994 Toyota tercel take so long to warm up?

I would suspect a thermostat removed but not replaced by a past owner, or one that is stuck open, or very slow movement of coolant through an old plugged up radiator.

1994 Tersel Radiator fan doen't work. The fuse and relay are ok.

Run a jumper to the fan to test it, if the fan works, its the temprature sensor thats bad, if the doesnt work replace it.

Fans dont work and overheats 94 toyota tercel

Most systems work pretty much the same. First check the fans themselves by hot wiring them to the battery. If they work, you need to check the engine temp sensor (some vehicles use one for gauge and fans, others use a separate one for fans) relay, and of course any fuses.
You will help yourself a lot by getting either a chilton or haynes manual to show you how to do testing.

Don't fool with the sensor.
Your thermostat is staying open too long. The code tells me this. Replace the thermostat, and you will be fine.

O2 sensor on a 1994 toyota tercel

Usually the O2 sensor will be on the exhaust manifold close to the engine, I'm going to assume you have a pretty good idea of what you are doing so if you need more details don't hesitate to ask.
