The first thing to do is find out whats missing, you will need to see if it has fuel going to the engine, this is done with a fuel pressure gauge, then you need to check for spark, remove a sparkplug wire from a sparkplug and with a spark tester check for spark, there could be a loss of spark or fuel and last thing may be a broken timing belt.
