That is called a tie rod. tie rod ends can be purchased at most any auto parts store and installation is not difficult. You will need an alignment afterwards. You may need a special tool to "split" the tie rod ends as they are a tight fit. It's called a "pickle fork" by some of us.

Severe Vibrations when driving. going 3mph + besides the wobble in steering wheel

This is very serious and I would advise not driving it AT ALL, until a cause can be identified. Although you said it's "not the front end wobble", it sure sounds like there still is something wrong in the front end and/or the alignment. It could be broken engine mounts, missing hardware/very loose control arms, steering box connections, loose steering column, transmission mounts, driveshaft bearings/mounts or even loose lug nuts on the wheels just to name a few. Please have the car safely raised on jacks and have a mechanic or knowledgeable person look underneath for broken/damaged/missing parts.

Noise while going over bumps

Some common problems are sway bar bushings, and sway bar links at the ends of the sway bar ( some cars do not have these)

Why is my front driver side tire wobble when i hit a bump

First, have the tire inspected before you do any expressway driving. you could have a damaged tire with a tread or internal ply separation. second, inspect the front shock absorbers, it sounds like the left front shock has failed and lost its hydraulic fluid. third have the front steering linkage and front suspension checked for worn or loose tie rods, idler arm, ball joints and stabilizer bar links. do this ASAP as you don't want to have the tire fail or any parts break while you are driving!

At 50mph vibration starts from underneath vehicle and throughout interior. Steering wheel does not shimy, Vibration persists at all engine speeds as well as in nuetral irregardless of road surface. Have...

try this, do not drive car just sit and let it idle. raise rpms up a bit to around 2000 rpms. if it studders its more likely the engine misfire. if its not that .its a possibility that you have a loose or bad wheel bearing in front. also check for a blister or bump one one of the front tires.

The front end and steering wheel shakes when i hit a hole or bump

This usually indicates a problem with the suspension components. Check for play in front end suspension, 1st thing I would check would be the steering damper, it's often overlooked, and could be the cause. If that checks out ok, jack up and check for play in wheels, which could be caused by worn ball joints, tie rod ends, wheel bearings. A lot of possibilities, generally play in any components can trigger the shaking you're experiencing when hitting a pot hole or bump. Good luck!

No directional signals

I have had this problem. Indicator didn't work, and made a wining noise.
I sorted mine by removing the steering wheel and the cluster underneath.
The problem was caused by grease on the indicator contacts.
Once clean have worked OK for past year.
