Swapping a RunX RSi motor into a 160 RunX is not a straight swap and will require modifications. The RSi motor has different mounting points and may require additional modifications to fit properly. Additionally, the gearbox may also need to be changed as the RSi motor typically requires a 6-speed gearbox. It's recommended to consult with a mechanic or automotive specialist for specific guidance on the modifications required for this swap.
The auto gearbox is a bit beyond me iam afraid as mainly manuals here and mostly diesels as well but the starting is caused by a faulty sensor ,on the front of the engine middle right is a water housing thats plastic ,in this housing are two sensors and the back one controls the auto choke operation so change this sensor and see what happens ,its only held in with a horseshoe shape clip so it comes out easy .the gearbox i would check teh fluid lever with engine running and then select reverse ,then check the oil level and see what it show as it wouldnt surprise me if its low on transmission fluid
