Hi, Well if you haven't gotten them in a while, it's probably time for new spark plugs. Also clean the fuel injectors with fuel injector cleaner. Found at the parts store or Walmart. Also you may need a new timing belt. As all of the symptoms you have together point to it. Hope this helps.
