Hi, I don't directly know which fuse handles the directional signals but I do know that the cover to the fuse compartment, or the fuse buss (thing that the fuses are inserted into) will be labeled. The wording should be stated as "turn signals" Hope this helps,
Happy New Year

How do I locate the directional signal relay and fuse on a 2000 ford expedition 5.4 to troubleshoot why lights and wipers work directional signals do not work

It's all built into the turn signal switch. The fuses are under the dash. Most likely you need to replace the switch if they went out at the same time.

No turn signals. Someone changed the battery and the signals and the brake lights stopped working

Try a bulb type automotive circuit checker like the one attached. Attach the clip to a good metal chassis part and touch the ice pick end to each side of the fuses with the key on. If you find any fuses that the lamp in the device handle only lights on one side, replace that fuse.

2000 Ford F150 Signal Lights Wiring Diagram

Hi Raymond
Not sure about a wiring diagram but the circuits you mention are pretty straight forward. (I have a Ford 2000 Explorer.) These small circuits don't use a relay they just get fed directly from a fuse. The Signal lights also have a flasher in the circuit. Use a 12v test light to test for 12v on top of each fuse to find the open one rather than removing each.
Cheers

Signal lights wont work but emergency lights do?

Check if there is voltage feed to the signal switch in the cluster. If not the fuse must be checked. Also the feed to the signal control circuit needs to be checked or it can be fault in the wiring or connection to the unit.Cross check the signal unit with an external input.

Brake Lights all of a sudden not working on my 1995 Tahoe. Checked fuses and lights. Neither burnt out.

The turn signal switch and the hazard switch are likly places to look. To checjk the fuses is'nt to take them out and look at them but to test to see if power will go though them, I use a test light ( a tool that looks like an ice pick with a wire coming out of the handle and the handle is clear with a light bulb inside). with the clip connected to a good ground as you touch the back sides of the fuses the light will light if it only lights on one side, the fuse is blown ( does'nt matter what it looks like ) a bad fuse can look good. the turn signal switch is involved as is the Hazard switch. If you pusth the hazard switch and the lights light good then you know that the lights and the sockets are good. You also know that the wires are good . With the key on the turn signals should work front and back ( thier different cicruits) If only working in the front the turn signal switch is bad provided the hazards worked all the way around. Does the high mount stop light work? It works off of it's own circuit on the brake light switch and if no lights work your back to the fuses only after you checked to see if the high mount bulbs are good. Your car is plenty old enough to have them be burnt out. If the high mount doesn't work with the bulbs known to be good and then you check with the test light to see if the power isd getting to the brake light switch. One wire is hot with the key off and another comes hot with the key on ( the cruze control switch in the brake light).

I need to know where to find the left brake light fuse?

There is no separate fuse for the L and R brake lights, fuse #34 in the rear fuse panel handles both sides. There are separate fuses for the turn signals however, #38 for L turn and #43 for R turn.

Question how to repair directional signal - the signals quit working after the hazard button was stuck "on". We have removed the fuse for the hazard & replaced the fuse for the signal but...

Some car and van turn signals will not work while the four way flashers are on. If the button is stuck, and you can't pull it out by hand. Take a plyers and only sqweeze hard enough on the handles while pulling, that you don't slip on the button and mark it up. Just a suggestion, put a rag on the button before putting the plyers on it. The blinkers should work after the button gets pulled out. When the button is pulled out and the turn signals still don't work, check both taillights and the turn signal lights at the front. Make sure they're not corroded (rusty).

Right turn signal on won't turn off

I had this problem and fixed it easily. It sounds like the turn signal mechanism is broken. Fortunately, the turn signal/headlight lever is a distinct separate unit that can easily be removed from the steering wheel assembly, remove 2 screws and the 2 eclictral plugs and it comes right off. Then get a new one at autostore for ~$80 or pull one off any 2g eclipse at the salvage yard for cheaper, better option and you should be back to signaling your intended turning direction in no time.
