I had the same problem last year with the same model, what you need to change is the blower motor resistor/power module. this is located under the hood on the passenger side right on the core housing. i used a flat screwdriver to pull it out. you will get a better idea of the part to change when you get a new one. inspect the old one and for sure you will see that the wire type connection inside is burnt and or corroded. Enjoy !

Most likely your blower motor resistor. Find the blower motor it is on the passenger side under the dash. Locate the wires that go to the blower motor and follow them back. That should lead you right to the blower motor resistor. Good Luck and 4 thumbs up is appreciated if this helps.

SOURCE: 2002 dodge grand caravan heater blower only works on high spped

If you are looking for the fan blower resistor, it is located behind the glove box. No tools need to get to it and a nut driver to remove the 2 screws to replace it. A 20$ part.

SOURCE: front blower motor on 2002 dodge grand caravan

it's the blower motor resistor , it's behind the glove compartment, just make sure you disconect the neg. for battery first, open the glove comp. and pull the rubber stops towars the center so you can let the glove comp. hang all the way to the floor , the resistor it's in front of you, disconect the two conectors there's one big with 6 0r 8 wires coming out and another with only two, take them out by pressing on the side of each one, remove it , put the new one on , conect the battery and your done. it's about $ 13.00 at o'riellys auto parts .

I hope this fix yor problem.

I have a '03 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport AWD that the heater only blow hot air when going down the road. Van has a new radiator and new thermostat. Sometimes the blower will not kick on for a few

If the problem is a lack of air flow from the vents, and you suspect the blower motor is not running at times, you would need to test the blower relay and blower motor for power and ground when it is not working.

First check the voltage at the front blower moter. If it has voltage then it may just need a new motor.

Only High speed blower front on 01 dodge grand carvan

Sounds like you need to replace the Blower Motor Resistor. It is located on the bottom of the heater box about where the passengers left foot would rest, behind glove box. It has 2 screws holding it on.
