Where is the evaporator case drain located on a 2000 olds intrigue

On the firewall passenger side, below heater hoses. There should be a black rubber tube with a 90o bend pointing down. It can be seen from the top underhood, almost directly above frame rail.

Fogs up inside 2002 jaguar x type

If you're saying the inside of the passenger compartment/windshild, then: A. the drain for the a/c is restricted & needs to be cleaned to allow the moisture to drain. B. If there's a film on the windshield & you're smelling a little anti-freeze, then it would be the heater core. No coolant loss & no smell, then more than likely the drain. Generally from under the car you can use a plastic 1/4" wide, drain cleaning strip to push up the drain & remove the restriction. If you don't have that & want to try it, just somethiing flexible that will fit inside the tube.

Generally the tube is found coming out of the engine compartment side front & above the passenger floor pan on the firewall, it comes from the bottom of the Heater& a/c box. Leaves & debris are washed through the openings & get trapped in there. Occasionally, I've seen spiders make a home in the drain pipe & as soon as I've removed them & the webbing, all fixed!

Good luck!

Plugged A/C condensor drain

Look on the firewall and under the truck near the firewall -- there's a hose there which let's excess condensation drain out... once you find it, use compressed air to clear it.

Plugged drain tube.

Check under the hood, on the firewall, passenger side. Tube comes off the bottom of the evaporator housing (this is the box where the a/c lines enter the firewall). Usually a rubber tube that directs condensation from the evaporator housing to the outside. This tube often plugs with dirt.
