Truck died at light found out electric control modual was bad changed it then it acted as if the starter was weak and wouldnt trurn the engine over,so i bought a new starter no change still would'nt turn over so i pulled the access cover for the flywheel and used a flywheel turner to turn the flywheel (i also removed all the belts) and only moved it about 1/2 inch so i removed the oil pan and don't see anything brock or loose under the engine.what do i check or do next?

It would be much easier to turn the engine by using a socket and a breakover on the crankshaft pulley bolt. I understand why you thought you needed to turn the engine. If you remove the spark plugs it will turn real easy because you don't have to fight the compression. Are you sure the battery didn't die on you? What year is your truck, and which engine do you have? Was there a trouble code that let you know the ecm was bad?

2003 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD wouldnt start acted like starter just clicking. Jump started off cylinoid now all lights are on brake abs check engine service 4wd. Also won't change gears or go into 4wd.

Clicking at the starter is usually caused by a weak battery or cables . Why didn't you jump at the battery ? Did you hook it up right , positive to positive ? You messed something up ! Better take it to the dealer !

Will crankshaft sensor make 2003 Buick century with 3100 (3.1) engine not crank?

Crank sensor only tells the ignition modual what position the motor is in. If it's not cranking you may have a starter solenoid or starter going bad, bad battery, or other electrical issue, could even be a bad ignition switch.

Car will run for about 20-30 minutes and shuts off. But will start again...?

have the fuel pressure checked to ensure that it's consistent. If you have a cel light on check for those codes as well. also check for a vacuum leak and check for a stuck egr valve.

if you were driving it then it slowly died down if you noticed your lights, radio, car clock, seem to be running out of power your alternator is broken, if not that is probably an engine problem

2001 Chevy blazer check engine light has been on then last night ,blazer overheated and wouldnt start got towed home started after it cooled off added water to radiator the engine died and will not start...

It sounds to me that your engine shut itself off when it was overheated. If that's the case then you are looking at a major engine repair based on what you are telling us.An engine that gets hot enough to shut itself off does serious damage internally before it dies. You will need to take it to a shop to a complete diagnosis. Hope this helps.

Dies out when its in park runs good

When you are in park, your getting less gas and less air. OK, if you haven't changed the fuel filter in awhile, might want to. You could have a vacuum leak on the engine. In all honesty, there are several things that can cause this. You may have a bad idle control sensor or the idle may need to be adjusted. It could be in the ignition system, a weak connection. Is your check engine light on? Does it only act up in park?

Engine wont start

This sounds like the ECM (electronic control modual) has gone bad. You may want to check Kia I was understanding that there was a known issue with there ECM and that they had replaced them free of charge. I do not know if your car follows the recall
